– 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
– 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
– 1/2 cup ice (optional, for a thicker shake)
Instructions:
Add the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, vanilla protein powder, sunflower seeds, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice if desired, and blend again until the ice is fully crushed. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Garnish with mint, crushed coconut and pineapple slices.
