Kale and Frozen Berries Smoothie:


Ingredients:

– 1 cup fresh kale, stems removed and chopped

– 1/2 cup Frozen berries (a blend of super berries like blueberries, raspberries, and    blackberries)

– 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

– 1 scoop vanilla or berry-flavored protein powder

– 1 tablespoon chia seeds

– 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

– 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional, for added creaminess and protein)

– 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

– 1/2 cup ice (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions:

Place kale, frozen berries, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, floor flaxseed, and almond butter in a blender. Blend until clean. Add honey or maple syrup if preferred and blend again till properly combined. If desired, upload ice and blend once more until the ice is completely integrated. Pour into a glass and enjoy right now.
