Keto Friendly Natural Herbal Tea

The process to make herbal tea is the same. Put the herbs, flowers, fruits, leaves and seeds  in the boiling water and it becomes ready to drink.If you want to have strong flavor then boil the herbal tea for extra 2-3 minutes.

Rosemary tea is suitable for brain functions, digestive health, relieves muscles and joints pain, cures dehydration.

Cinnamon tea is rich in antioxidants, reduces stress, controls blood sugar, reduces inflammation, works as an antibiotic, heart health, reduces pains related to menstrual cycle in females. 

Basil leaves work as an antioxidant, immunity booster, gut health, stress remover, skin beauty and preventing infections.

Lavender tea is helpful in curing inflammation, relieving pain, peace of mind and peaceful sleep.  

Rose tea is rich in taste and is suitable for skin health, weight loss, peaceful sleep and cures seasonal diseases

Note: Sugar free Black coffee is a good choice for keto diet. If someone wants to take milk tea then unsweetened almond milk must be used.
