Recipe:
To make these yummy cookies, take a large bowl, add almond flour, coconut flour ¼ cup, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix these dry ingredients properly. Take another bowl for wet ingredients add 2 eggs, melted butter ½ cup and add ½ cup keto friendly sweetener (Xylitol) mix all these wet ingredients and add dry ingredients in it. Add keto friendly chocolate chips, almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Mix all these and make a soft dough. Preheat the oven, grease the baking sheet. Now make small balls of dough and put them on a baking tray and press them slightly, keeping some distance. Now sprinkle some seeds, nuts and chocolate chips. Bake them for 12-15 minutes until they become golden brown. Cool them and serve with coffee.
