Peanut Butter, Kiwi and Oats Shake:


Ingredients:

– 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and chopped

– 2 tablespoons peanut butter

– 1/4 cup rolled oats

– 1 cup milk (or a dairy-free alternative like almond or soy milk)

– 1 scoop protein powder (optional, for extra protein)

– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

– Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

Instructions:

Add kiwi, peanut butter and rolled oats to the mixer. Pour in the milk and mix until smooth. If using protein powder and/or sweetener, add and mix again.For more shake, add a few drops of ice and blend until you reach your desired consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

This shake is mostly fiber from oats and kiwifruit, and the peanut butter is a great source of protein and other protein powders.
