Apple and Peach with Hemp Seeds Smoothie:


Ingredients:

– 1 ripe peach, pitted and chopped

– 1 apple, cored and chopped

– 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

– 1 tablespoon chia seeds

– 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness)

– A handful of ice cubes

Instructions:

Put the chopped peach and apple to a blender. Now add the hemp seeds, almond milk, protein powder, and chia seeds. If desired, add honey for some extra sweetness. Add a handful of ice cubes to make the shake chilled and refreshing. Blend till clean and creamy.Pour into a tumbler and enjoy right now.

This shake is packed with fiber from the fruits and chia seeds, and the hemp seeds and protein powder provide an excellent dose of protein.
