Ingredients:
– 1 ripe avocado
– 1/2 cup frozen coffee ice cubes (or 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder)
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
– 1 tablespoon flax seeds
– 1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)
– Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions:
Place all elements in a blender and blend till smooth. Taste and adjust the flavor by way of adding greater honey if wanted. Pour into a glass and serve straight away. Garnish with sliced avocado and coffee powder.
