Baked Coffee Oats


Baked Coffee Oats offer a nutritious, energy-boosting start to the day, combining whole grains and natural caffeine and moreover the oats provide fiber for digestion and sustained fullness, while coffee enhances alertness and focus. Bananas and milk add essential vitamins, minerals, and a natural sweetness. It’s a heart-healthy, antioxidant-rich breakfast and moreover it’s easy to prep ahead for busy mornings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or a spoonful of peanut butter

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and after that in a bowl, mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and moreover in another bowl, whisk coffee, milk, mashed banana, vanilla, and maple syrup. In the next step combine wet and dry ingredients and then stir in extras if using. Pour into a greased or lined baking dish. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and set. Let cool slightly, then serve warm or store for later.
