Ingredients:
– 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or steamed and cooled)
– 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
– 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
– 1 tablespoon sunflower and pumpkin seeds (for extra fiber)
– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk)
– 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
– Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Steam fresh broccoli lightly and let it cool. Add the broccoli florets, chopped cucumber, protein powder, Greek yogurt, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and almond milk to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if the shake is too thick. Taste and add honey if desired for extra sweetness. Add ice cubes and blend again if you prefer a colder shake. Pour into a glass and enjoy
