Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups oat milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1-2 tablespoons caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 shot of espresso (or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- A pinch of salt
- Caramel drizzle (for topping, optional)
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats, oat milk, and a pinch of salt. Now boil over medium warmth. After this lessen the warmth to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, till the oats are tender and have absorbed maximum of the milk (approximately five-7 minutes).
