Carrots, Berries and Hemp Seeds Smoothie


Ingredients:

– 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped

– 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

– 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

– 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

– 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

– A few ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

Peel and shred the carrots and wash the berries. Put the chopped carrots, combined nuts, hemp seeds, almond milk and honey (if the use of) right into a blender. Blend the substances until clean and creamy. Add ice (non-obligatory) For a chilly smoothie, upload some drops of ice and blend again. Pour the smoothie into a glass and experience straight away.
