Cheeseburger Bowls

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup diced pickles
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • Optional: burger sauce or light mayo-mustard mix

Instructions:

Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Assemble bowls with a base of lettuce, then top with cooked beef, cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and onions. Drizzle with your favorite burger sauce or dressing. Serve warm and enjoy!
