Recipe:
Take some olive oil in the pan, add chicken breast pieces and cook them, chop the bell peppers and onions saute for 2-3 minutes so they begin to soften. Add the mushrooms and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.Whisk the eggs in the bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper, add olive oil in the pan, and pour the whisked eggs into a medium to low heat. When the omelet gets ready, put it into the plate and add the cooked vegetables, chicken and mushrooms and fold the omelet. Serve with vegetables salad like cucumber, cherry tomato, spinach, onion and fresh coriander leaves.
