Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup oat flour (or almond flour)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
