Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 medium dried apple (diced)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 cups water or milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, supply 2 cups of water or milk to a boil. Now add the oats, diced apple, and cinnamon to the saucepan. Reduce the warmth to low and simmer for about five-7 mins, stirring sometimes.Once the oats are cooked, stir inside the protein powder till completely integrated. Remove from the heat and let it sit for a minute to thicken.
