Flourless Protein Cake With Blueberries


This cake is packed with protein, supporting muscle repair and keeping you full longer and moreover bananas and Greek yogurt add natural sweetness, fiber, potassium, and gut-friendly probiotics. Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F and after this in a bowl, mash bananas and mix with eggs, yogurt, and protein powder until smooth and moreover stir in baking powder, cinnamon, and gently fold in blueberries.
