Guava and Pumpkin Seeds Smoothie:


Ingredients:

–  2-3 guavas, peeled and chopped

– 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

– 1/2 cup greek yogurt (plain or flavored, your choice)

– 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, such as almond or soy milk)

– 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

– Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until clean. Taste and alter the beauty with the aid of adding more honey if needed. Add ice cubes if you want a thicker consistency. Blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is the preferred consistency.
