Keto Diet Cheesy Spinach Balls


Recipe

Take fresh spinach leaves and put them in the boiling water for 3 minutes, then squeeze it to remove water, cut it finely, cook it to dry all water. Put it in a bowl, Add 1 cup mozzarella cheese , ¼ cup almond flour, 1 egg, ½ T spoon salt, ¼ T spoon black pepper and ¼ garlic powder. Mix all these items and make balls. Bake it for 15-20 minutes until these balls become light brown from outside. Serve warm with keto friendly mayonnaise and ketchup. Garnish with lemon and fresh coriander.
