Recipe:
Take 4 chicken breast pieces in a large bowl and add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons garlic paste, 1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves, 2 tablespoons vinegar and mix them thoroughly. Now take a grill pan and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil 2 tablespoons and cook the chicken breast pieces for 10-15 minutes from all sides until it cooks completely. Now add cherry tomatoes, and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Now prepare avocados sauce, Take 2 ripe avocados, squeeze 1 lemon, ¼ cup chopped cinnamon, olive oil 2 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, salt and pepper to taste. Put them in a blender and make a smooth and creamy paste.
When cherry tomatoes and chicken pieces are cooked then add mozzarella cheese over the chicken and cook it in the grill pan until all the cheese melts.
Now serve with avocado sauce and basil leaves.
