1 cup sugar free almond milk, ¼ cup full fat sugar free Greek yogurt for creaminess, ½ cup frozen berries (like raspberries, black berries or strawberries) avocados or any other keto friendly fruits, 1 Teaspoon chia seeds. Put them in the blender and blend them until it becomes smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie in the bowl. For topping add a few fresh berries or frozen berries, keto friendly nuts, seeds and dried fruits like almond, walnut, crushed coconut, sunflower seeds and chia seeds.

Boil broccoli or spinach and drain the water, put it in a blender, add sugar free coconut milk or almond milk then add Greek yogurt. Blend it in a blender until it becomes creamy. If you want more creaminess you can add avocado. Pour it in a bowl and garnish with some keto fresh or dried fruits, seeds and nuts and other vegetables like zucchini, tomato, broccoli, spinach.
