This combination is different from conventional porridge as there is no oat and wheat. Keto family seeds like flax seeds, chia seeds, basil seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds (2 Tablespoons each) are soaked in unsweetened almond or coconut milk ( 1 cup) overnight. It can be served with fresh fruits and dry fruits included in the keto family. Crushed coconut (2 Tablespoons) or cinnamon (½ Table spoon) powder can be added for your taste.
