Orange and Zucchini Smoothie:


Ingredients:

– 1 medium zucchini, peeled and chopped

– 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

– 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

– 1 tablespoon flaxseed powder

– 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

– Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions:

Add all the substances to a blender and blend till clean. Taste and adjust the sweetness by including extra honey if needed.Pour into a tumbler and serve right away.

Garnish with slices of zucchini, orange and mint leaves.This smoothie is full of Fiber, Protein, Vitamins and antioxidants.
