Ingredients:
– 1 large banana (frozen for a thicker texture)
– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
– 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
– 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for added fiber)
– 1 tablespoon flax seeds (for added fiber and omega-3)
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for extra protein)
– Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Instructions:
Take a fresh banana, slice and freeze it for a thicker smoothie.Add the almond milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, Greek yogurt (if the usage of), and the banana to a blender. Blend all of the substances on excess till clean and creamy. If the smoothie is simply too thick, add a little greater almond milk till the favored consistency is reached.
