Pumpkin Spice Smoothie:


Ingredients:

– 1 cup pumpkin puree 

– 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

– 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds (for added fiber)

– 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice

– 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess and protein)

– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

– Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

In a blender put pumpkin puree, protein powder, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin pie spices, cinnamon and Greek yogurt. Pour in the almond milk and mix until smooth. If you like a sweet smoothie, add honey or maple syrup. If you want it cold and thick, add ice. Pour into a glass and enjoy. garnished with mint leaves and grated coconut.

This smoothie also includes fiber from seeds, as well as protein from protein powder and Greek yogurt.
