Ingredients:
– 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
– 1 ripe banana
– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
– 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
– 1 tablespoon rolled oats
– 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
– Ice cubes (optional, if you want it chilled)
Instructions:
Peel the banana and add the raspberries, banana, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, rolled oats, and almond butter to the blender and blend on excessive till the smoothie is smooth until all the substances are well blended .Add some cubes of ice and blend once more until easy. Pour the smoothie into a glass and experience straight away. Garnished with frozen berries, bananas and chia seeds
