Roasted Chickpeas Banana Almond Shake


Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup roasted chickpeas

– 1 banana

– 5-6 pitted dates

– 1/4 cup almonds 

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any preferred milk)

– 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for extra fiber)

– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional for flavor)

– Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

Take roasted chickpeas, chia seeds, almonds, and grind them to a powder form. Add all ingredients to a blender.Blend until smooth.Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.This simple shake is nutritious and tasty, perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout boost.
