Spinach, Banana and Berries Smoothie:


Ingredients:

– 1 cup sparkling spinach

– 1 banana (very cold) .

– 1/2 cup blended (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.) .

– 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your desire) .

– 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or unsweetened) .

– 1 teaspoon of chia seeds or flax seeds (for introduced fiber) .

– 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (non-obligatory, for additional protein and creaminess).

– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to flavor) .

Instructions:

Place spinach, banana, blended berries and almond milk in a blender. Blend until easy. Add protein powder, chia seeds or flax seeds, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or maple syrup (optional).
