The Best Ever Cottage Cheese Blueberry Cake is rich in protein and calcium, thanks to the cottage cheese base and moreover blueberries add a burst of antioxidants and natural sweetness, making it both healthy and flavorful. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour (or almond flour for low carb)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions:
