Ingredients:
– 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
– 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
– Ice cubes and red berries for garnishing (optional)
Instructions:
To make it smoother, you may soak the chia seeds in a small amount of water for approximately 10 mins before mixing in. Combine the almond milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds, vanilla protein powder and vanilla extract within the blender. If you use honey or maple syrup for extra flavor, upload that as nicely. Add a few ice cubes to the mixer for a chilly shake. Mix on high pace until all components are properly combined and shaking is clean. Pour the shake into a tumbler and revel in without delay.
